Here's another funny idea for a survival kit for the SLC area. The "I didn't make it to the liquor store on Saturday kit." Put some empty beer cans / mini sampler bottles in the kit etc. I can still remember hearing people complain about the no boose on Sunday law, might be funny enough to sell. Since the bottles are empty you could even sell this kit on Sunday!
